Deliveries & Returns
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Within the UK, you can select from the following methods:
Recorded Delivery: 1 - 3Days
Special Delivery: Next Day
For overseas delivery, we use Royal Mail Signed For which ships in 1 - 7 days dependent on location. Please contact us direct for more information.
Other shipping options are available but customer must notify us before ordering. All costs for alternate shipping are chargeable to the customer.
All deliveries are traceable via Royal Mail Track & Trace at www.royalmail.com.
Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.
Refunds & Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel or amend your order before your items are dispatched, we ask that you contact us immediately.
If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 7 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We can then issue a refund within 7 days. Please note, you must contact us upon returning any item.
In the unlikely event of a fault after use, please contact us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 7 days.
Please note; Return postage costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
We also request that all returns are posted by recorded or special delivery. If you do not return items via a secure postage method any loses will not be reimbursed by Case addict. Faulty Goods: If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 10 days, you can return them to Case Addict for refund or replacement. Please contact us if you wish to return faulty items. Our returns team will process your claim and if approved we will issue you with a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number along with an address to send the faulty items to. Please do NOT send any goods to us prior to receive the RMA number. Doing so will result in delays and disappointment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Case Addict. We will investigate the returned items and if determined to be faulty, we will contact you for refund or replacement. Case Addict reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace, examples where we may refuse a return include, but not limited to: The returned item(s) is/are incomplete or has missing parts.
