When will my order ship?
If the item(s) is in stock, please allow 1 business day for processing. For pre-order and back ordered items, order will ship as soon as the item(s) become available. If there are any changes in the shipment schedule, you will be notified by email.
How long do international orders take to arrive?

What is the return policy ?
Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days from receipt of item. It must be un opened with seals and shrink wraps intact and must not have been opened or uses. We can offer a replacement or a full refund for faulty items. We reserve the right to return goods back to you if they have been opened and are not faulty. The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

When is the latest date I can cancel my order?
For items in stock, you may cancel your order up until 12pm (noon) on the next business day. For pre-order items, you may place the cancelation until 2 business days prior to the scheduled ship date.
